What is Shakespeare trying to communicate about life in this passage spoken by the character Macbeth?

She should have died hereafter.
There would have been a time for such a word.
Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow,
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day
To the last syllable of recorded time,
And all our yesterdays have lighted fools
The way to dusty death. Out, out, brief candle!
Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.
I think Shakespeare wants to tell us that life is too short,you never know when the end will come life.Everybody dies, everyday.

Act 5, scene 5 Macbeth.

At the beginning Macbeth seems to be indifferent to the news of Lady Macbeth’s death. He says that she would die one day anyway.But then he feels sadness and talks about death and that life has no meaning. Macbeth doesn’t want to live himself when he says “Out,out, brief candle!” and he regrets all crimes.

Lennox walks with another lord, discuss recent goings on.Fleance was blamed for the Banquo murder but both men suspect Macbeth..The Lord tells Lennox that Macduff has gone to England to join Malcom and beg for support from the English while Macbeth readies himself for War.

The witches again meet at an open place, this time with Hecate, the goddess of witches. She criticizes the sisters for meddling with Macbeth without first consulting her. But she says she’ll help them when Macbeth comes to see them tomorrow. She says that they’ll show him visions that will give him confidence.

At the feast Macbeth is informed of Banquo’s murder and is angered by Fleance’s escape. Then he sees Banquo’s ghost who sitting in his place at the table.Macbeth speaks to the ghost whose nobody sees.  Macbeth informs Lady Macbeth that he has heard from a spy that Macduff is planning to stay away from court. He decides to visit witches  to find out who is plotting against him.

Banquo  reflects on the coronation of Macbeth and the witches’ prophecy that his sons someday  will sit  on the throne.Lady Macbeth and Macbeth invite Banquo to a feast. Banquo agrees. In the monologue Macbeth confides with fears of the prophecy.He’s afraid that Banquo will over throw him to put his sons upon the throne.Macbeth hires some murderers to murder to kill Banquo and his son Florence .
